- Syllabus and General Requirements.
- Recommended Software: Chemscape Chime Plug-in for
a Web Browser-allows viewing of chemical structures in 2-
and 3-dimensions. It is available from MDL,
and is available for both Macintosh and PC-based computers. Direct
linking is also possible from Organic
Online. This is an online organic chemistry site for
the book I use in my CHEM 2514 class. I highly recommend that
you place the Chime plug-in on your computer as soon as possible
as they can help you better visualize organic molecules. If you
have problems accomplishing this task; let me know. Use the TEST PAGE
of images or proceed to Organic
Online to see if you have the Chime Plug-in installed
correctly.
