This list contains information obtained from companies who are listed in the AHBI, BHTA and Health Care Buyers Guide. These lists do not contain all manufacturers of medical devices but every effort will be made to obtain complete listings. This information is time limited as it has to be submitted as part of a Master’s degree but will be continued and added to in the future.
Not all companies responded to a request for information. If a company name does not appear, it is either because they did not respond to the questionnaire or that they were not contacted in the initial mailshot of 1,283 companies This is a guide for health care staff and the author does not take responsibility for any inaccurate information given by companies. There is still much information that could be added, such as US companies that are not listed in the British publications and pharmaceutical information.
