Term Life
Coverage in the amounts that are right for you and your family. For members benefits from $10,000 to $500,000. Coverage available for spouse and children.

High-Limit Accident
With up to $500,000 of coverage for members and $250,000 for spouses, it's a good and economical way to protect against financial hardship resulting from a covered loss by or due to an accident.

Disability Income
You choose disability insurance according to your needs. Coverage ranges from $200 to $5,000 per month to start 30, 60, or 180 days after onset of the disability.

Member Assistance
Benefits paid directly to you for each covered hospitalized day. Use it to cover your co-payment of hospital bills, incidentals expenses, or replace lost income. Available in $20 increments up to $300 per day.  Plan also provides assistance for medical emergencies when traveling worldwide and a personal assistance hotline and referral system.

Catastrophe Major Medical
$2,000,000 of protection! With today's progress in medical treatments come rising health care costs. This Plan picks up expenses where other health care coverages leave off.

Comprehensive Healthcare
Up to $1,000,000 maximum benefit. This Plan is designed to provide you and your family with comprehensive major medical protection against financial strain due to hospital, doctor an d other medical bills. Choice of three deductibles ($1,000, 2,000 or $3,000) depending on your needs and budget.

Medicare Supplement
Helps pay expenses that Medicare does not cover and that you would otherwise have to pay out of your own pocket. Choice of options for members and their spouses age 65 and over who have Medicare Parts A and B.

Cancer Expense
This new Plan protects you and your family from the high cost of cancer treatment with up to $250,000 in lifetime benefits paid directly to you, regardless of any other insurance coverage, for you to use any way you wish.  (Please note that not all plans are available in all states.)

Long Term Care
This plan provides coverage for care in the home as well as in a variety of long term care facilities.
