The Agency and its Mission

• A Description Of The U.S. Food Safety System
  This interagency paper was prepared as the U.S.'s March 2, 2000 submission to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which requested descriptions of member countries' food safety systems. The documents will be used to prepare an international food safety paper for OECD use.
