Stuck Working Offline
"when I try to dial-up my homepage, I get a message telling me that no connection is available, and I am given two choices, "work off-line" or try again. Try again doesn't work, so I've been going into my Outlook Express and I can then click onto a link and get on-line. Can you tell me how to fix this problem? "
