of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg, Germany.
Professional Experience: Dr. Spang gives lecture courses on waste water and air treatment, heat and mass transfer, and technical thermodynamics. His research interests include laminar flow, low-pressure-drop heat exchangers, heat and mass transfer in micro systems, and gas-wash processes for air cleaning. He has also authored and co-authored over
30 papers on heat and mass transfer and on separation processes.
From Dr. Spang: "This site is a repository of the chemical engineering information scattered around the Web. I'll keep you up-to-date with professional developments, new ideas, and trends in chemical engineering. And I'll also cover the software and data you need for your everyday work."
