address, phone number) is disclosed to anyone -- including our sponsors. The information
you provide is used by HeartInfo to learn about our members as a group,
such as what percentage of members have heart disease, are women, are doctors, etc.
Knowing this information enables us to better develop content that will interest and
benefit our readers. Some sponsors may be interested in knowing this general information
about HeartInfo members as a group, and general reports describing the entire
group of members are shared with them periodically. However, no personal
or identifying information is shared with sponsors or anyone else. The reason we
